Hot, hot, hot!!!!

Today was such a busy day! First, some friends came over to meet us for the first time. We had a good visit with Mrs. Joyce and Mrs. Kathryn and played at the house. Then we were in for a special treat! We went to one of Mommy's very favorite restaurants when she lived here: Norma's. Mommy always loved going for lunch at this place every Saturday with her Granny. Being there made Mommy think of her Granny and how happy she would be to meet us. Later in the afternoon, Granny treated Mommy and Aunt Kristen to manicures and pedicures. It was very nice and relaxing! Tonight, Aunt Kristen decided that we needed pedicures, too, so she painted our toenails. Don't they look cute? Now the biggest surprise of all tonight was when Daddy walked in the door! No one had any idea he was coming so it was a fun surprise. He will be here this weekend to hang out here. We have to sleep now so that we are well rested for tomorrow's meet and greet.

  1. Garet, if you hadn't moved so much, your toenails wouldn't be so messy!!! (I didn't realize how messy they were until I looked at them on the big screen.) Your Aunt Kristen promises to do better next time (if your Daddy ever allows it again!). In the meantime, though, maybe nobody at the party will look that closely. ;) I can't wait until then. Lots of love and good dreams tonight,
    Aunt Kristen

  2. Hello Girls, How great it is that Aunt Kristen brought home her "I'm Hot, Hot, Hot" nail polish which matches the polish on her toes. She truly has you "styling"; however, you don't need painted toes to look adorable. It has been great having you home this week; but the highlight of my day is seeing your smiles when you first awaken in the morning. We can truly sing "Rise and Shine and give God the glory" for you two are truly fearfully and wonderfully made by God. This is going to be a special Mother's Day, and you truly have a great mom. I love you, Granny
