F-R-I-E-N-D-S

We went with Mommy to visit some of her friends, Kristin and Tiffany. We had a fun time visiting with them and then going out to lunch. This afternoon Aunt Kristen came to visit for a little while and we took naps. Mommy and Grandpa took us for a long walk to the park and pushed us on the swing. That was it for today! Here are some pictures from today and also a couple from before we left town but that Mommy forgot about.

Pcola....here we are!

Sorry it has been so long since our last post and we apologize in advance for not having any pictures to post. We left Friday night around bedtime and drove straight to Pensacola. We did really well on the drive down but when we got here it was like we had had a 6 hour nap and we were ready to go! This was not exactly the way Mommy and Daddy had planned it but we seem to be back on our schedule now. We have been hanging out around Granny and Grandpa's house the past two days. We are very excited to be here and will be here for the next four weeks! We will be posting pictures of our time here soon!

Working away....

...well, not really, but we did visit the place where Mommy used to work. We thought we kept her busy! You should have seen all the kids at this place. They sure did like seeing us. Some of the smaller of the big kids pushed us in our stroller under the pavilion while the biggest kids sat and talked to Mommy while we ate. It was a lot of fun! We went to bed a little early tonight so Mommy could get us packed for our trip to Pensacola. We are going to be there four weeks so we don't want to forget anything!!!!

So we slept late today (all three of us)! After our late breakfast we went with Mommy to take care of some business. She had something to do down at the county government office and said it was surprisingly efficient (that's a fancy word for happening quickly.) Everyone stopped to look at us which slowed Mommy down a little but we were great, as always. Then, since she put enough money in the meter for two hours we walked around downtown Decatur and went into a few shops. Mommy realized that we were really close to her acupuncturist's office so she called to see if we could go by for her to meet us. Mommy said that Kimberly was an important part of this journey, and thus we needed to meet her. There is a picture of us below. This afternoon we took naps, took a walk, played at home and went to bed.

On our own....

So Daddy had to leave town for a couple of days and Mommy has had us all alone! Today she took us to the mall just to walk around. It was a lot of fun. She also took us to the grocery store. That was a sight: Mommy pushing us in the double stroller, dragging the buggy behind her. We also went to knitting tonight. You can tell that Kitt really liked the plastic bag of yarn! Not much else happened today as we fell asleep in the car on the way home. Mommy changed us into our jammies at knitting and then put us right to bed! Remember to vote for Garet by clicking here. Whew!

So yesterday we had such a fun day! We went with Mommy to meet a new friend, Bridget and her mommy Saundra. Bridget's mommy and our mommy were pregnant at the same time and we should have been born all right close together. Anyway, it is really fun to play with her and to get some pictures of the three of us. After we left there, Mommy took us all over town. We had never run errands with her and we went to Toys R Us, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Michael's and the place where Mommy learned to decorate cakes. We had a great time and have no idea what Mommy means when she says it used to be easy to run errands! We took naps and then got ready for a party! It was a cook-out with a few friends and was lots of fun. We got passed all around.

Today we stayed at home most of the day. GAMA sent us these new little bike/car toys so after Daddy put them together we took a ride around the house. We both really seemed to like them and know it will just be a matter of time before we are whizzing around all on our own on these things. Tonight Mommy took us on a walk before coming back and going to bed.

We have been very busy doing things around the house lately! Kitt had physical therapy yesterday which is going well. Today an occupational therapist friend of Mommy's came by to watch Kitt eat peaches and gave Mommy some tips on how to help with the baby food. Kitt did great with the peaches today and hopefully will get the hang of eating from a spoon! We went outside tonight and played on our blanket but Mommy saw two mosquitoes land on Garet's head! Luckily, we got inside before anyone got bit. Yesterday, Mommy's friend Joannah came over to meet us but Mommy forgot to take a picture! We went to the Taqueria for lunch which was delicious as always. Garet has learned to make a funny sound by blowing on her arm and Mommy keeps trying to video tape it but everytime the camera comes on, Garet stops! Hopefully Mommy will be able to get it on camera soon. Have a good night!
