We got your message! We have been noticeably absent from our blog because we have not been going to sleep easily lately, and thus, Mommy is too tired to log us on. One night, Garet wouldn't go to sleep. Another night, Kitt wouldn't go to sleep. We've even been waking up some in the middle of the night....we don't know what has happened to us. Neither do Mommy and Daddy, but we are all hoping to get back to a normal routine real soon! Mommy did weigh us yesterday and we are continuing to get bigger. Garet weighs 16 pounds, 5 ounces and Kitt weighs 15 pounds, 12 1/2 ounces. Garet is really living baby food while Kitt still is getting used to eating from a spoon. Kitt is doing well with her physical therapy. Here are a few pictures from today. We hope you enjoy them and we hope to be able to update a little more regularly this week.
Oh my goodness. Such different expressions on your faces when you are in that sling (or whatever you call it). Kitt doesn't seem to be too thrilled with it and Garet looks like she really enjoys it.
ReplyDeleteAre you both not sleeping because you have a lot on your minds? Maybe you are excited about your upcoming vacation. Maybe you are sad about the oil spill affecting the P'cola beaches and hoping that you will still be able to go to the beach. Please try to sleep girls as it is very important that your bodies rest so you will grow up healthy and strong.

I'm happy to see you blogging again girls. I missed you over these past few days. I do hope you get back into a regular sleep pattern because you need your rest (as do your Mommy and Daddy). Were your ears burning tonight girls? I had dinner with your Aunt Kristen and Uncle Mark at the New Yorker Deli and you were one of the topics of discussion. We are all looking forward to seeing you soon. It's time for me to go to sleep and hopefully, you will get a good nights rest tonight yourselves. Love you!
ReplyDeleteHEY GIRLS, this is granny e-mailing you from Scotland - i have missed you so much, but i got caught up with the blog. i'm having a great time as per usual i took a fall on my day ashore but i didn't break anything. two others in the group have taken a fall so it must pertain to our age. i walked a lot of stairs at blarney castle so i could kiss the blarney stone - now i have the gift of eloquence. love you lots, granny
