Daddy came in this morning on an airplane! Mommy went to pick him up and it was so good to see him. We hung out around the house today. Kitt is really getting better at the exersaucer and stayed in it for a little longer today. She doesn't like her feet to touch the plastic base so Mommy put a blanket under it which really helped. Mommy went to get lunch and couldn't resist the temptation to get Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Garet really seemed interested in the doughnuts! Tonight Granny and Grandpa babysat us so that Mommy and Daddy could go out to dinner to celebrate their 5th anniversary. Some friends who came to the meet and greet last week gave them a gift certificate so that was really nice! Of course, Granny and Grandpa did a great job with us and now we are going to bed!
Of COURSE Garet was interested in the doughnuts! :) And Kitten, you look so great in the toy holding your head up like that - I'm so proud of you. I didn't get the chance to tell you girls that I started missing you as soon as I stepped foot outside the house last night and haven't stopped since. I even had to send Uncle Mark back to get my phone which I left at Granny and Grandpa's house b/c I was worried I would start tearing up again. I'm going to miss seeing you every day. Your Aunt Kristen loves you very, very much.
